Brisbane's Story Bridge, our view during dinner
Met up with mindy, who is sadly coming back home in december, which means no khaki in brissy ):
Onto ThreeMonkeyCafe for pretty awesome cheesecake & passionfruit layered cake
 :>
Next day started out really early, once Ferinna & Wayne touched down and done changing, we were off to buy our Dreamworld tickets and train tickets... only to chiong like hell, cause their trains departs exactly on time, and missing it would have meant waiting another 1/2 hour. Managed to scramble onto the train about 30seconds before the doors closed.. PHEW!
an hour ride journey, which we yakked non-stop nearly caused us to miss the station :P if not for Sarah's sharp eyes! HEE Went straight in for a few wet, warmup rides

Sarah, Ferinna, Wayne The log ride
Another ride, which i cant really remember its name, got our bottoms soaking wet
After the ride, we decide ok time to level up on the rides, and decided since the entrance was just there, to pluck the courage and just sit it. Yes, we were going for THE GIANT DROP. its 39 storeys high, 119m elevated from ground level, 20 seconds of dangling period while at the top, but only 4seconds to drop straight down.
Missed this ride when i was there back in year2000, so redemption time has arrived. During the 30minutes of queueing, none of us really knew what to expect, just cause two of them had just done a flight, while Sarah and I were still in sleepy mode.. but hell, when we sat and buckle up, that was when we realized what shit we got ourselves into. But then again, it was a 'YOU BETTER HAD TO SIT THIS RIDE' kinda thing, cause i know ill regret it a thousand times over at the end of the day, if we all left the park without trying it!
so This video was our #1 attempt EVER, on the drop!! It hilarious how the screams were loud at first, and it in the like it kinda died off..
all a little shakey but filled with adrenaline after the ride, not walking properly and the camera shaking in my hands as we looked through the video once more..
 WE DID IT!!!
New motor-racing ride which was supposed to simulate a real race feel..
Before attacking the TOWER OF TERROR, where we will all sit in a car and it will zoom up the exact tower as the Giant drop at a hell fast/saliva zooming past your face speed, before dropping back down into the tunnel and to a stop. The entire ride was so fast, before you know it, your back and unbuckling your seat-belt.
THE CLAW. where you are faced outwards and swung from side to side, almost to a 180degree angle, & at the same time, spinning. It was pretty fun in the beginning, but the spinning got to me, at least, during the last few oscillations that made me wanna gag a little..

THIS RIDE WAS KILLER. it wasnt thrilling of anysorts, and you are basically just sitting in the cage and spinning round and round, up and down. Caught a little video of it, but the real deal was so much longer and everything was just spinning. Even had to close my eyes, breathe deeply and try to focus on the cooling wind it brings. cause if not, i'd have gag in the cage, if not for tremendous self-control and having to save face for having to puke on the kids ride... LOSE!
Not feeling too well after the ride, we decided to tone it done a little by playing a laser-tag game. But just as the long wait for us to enter came, my queasiness have its mega-heave, and thats when the 3 of them who were chatting, kinda got a shock, cause i was pale to the core on the lips, my hands clammy and cold-sweat started to break. So sadly, i had to give it a miss, sitting under the sad umbrella outside an arcade, which i went to to get a sweet, but the man directed me to a sweet stall instead -.- , while the 3 of them olayed laser tag ):
a few other rides of Wipeout & another round of the claw, we fed our giddy systems with a little sugared churros, while Wayne's mind drifted off to THE GIANT DROP. By then, it was nearly five, and time to squeeze in one last ride.. and since we've done all of them. Why not the drop once more? Crazy? HELL YES.... didnt quite know what we were thinking
Got wayne to hold onto the camera, just cause i didnt think ill make it out the second time alive, but surprises, we managed to let go of the handle and let our limbs hang loose! the feeling was almost liberating!
 Lucky old man

 conquereed!

an hour's wait for the TX5
another 20minutes wait for the BrisbaneCentral Train, in the cold
finally, proper food after an entire day :) if you say theres nothing to do, even if its a 3days brisbane, now you know what you're missing!
